Job Descriptions
Financial Transactions
Record and reconcile financial transactions in accordance with accounting principles.Ensure accuracy in coding and classification of financial entries.Accounts Payable and Receivable
Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and timely.General Ledger Management
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.Assist in the preparation of financial statements.Financial Reporting
Contribute to the preparation of periodic financial reports.Assist in analyzing financial data and providing insights.Budgeting and Forecasting
Support budgeting and forecasting activities.Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information for planning.Internal Controls
Assist in implementing and maintaining internal control procedures.Participate in internal audits to ensure compliance.Vendor and Client Communication
Communicate with vendors and clients regarding financial matters.Resolve inquiries and discrepancies in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.Financial Analysis
Conduct basic financial analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.Prepare variance analysis reports.Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.Previous experience in an accounting executive or similar role is preferred.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.Strong organizational and time management skills.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Adaptability to a dynamic work environment and staff training.
Additional Considerations
Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.Knowledge of relevant tax regulations.Understanding of industry-specific accounting practices.Consolidated financial account.Benefits
