Customer Service
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.Take food and beverage orders, providing recommendations and answering customer inquiries.Order Fulfillment
Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately to customer tables.Monitor dining areas to ensure customers have everything they need.Cash Handling
Operate cash registers or point-of-sale systems to process customer payments.Provide change and receipts to customers, handling cash transactions securely.Menu Knowledge

A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.Additional coursework or certifications in hospitality, customer service, or a related field may be beneficial.Working Experience
Previous experience as a waiter or cashier, or in a similar customer service role, is desirable but not always mandatory.Demonstrated experience in handling cash transactions and providing excellent customer service.Skills and Abilities
Focus on providing exceptional customer service to create a positive dining experience.Ability to engage with customers, take orders, and address inquiries.Proficiency in taking accurate food and beverage orders from customers.Experience in handling cash transactions and using point-of-sale (POS) systems.Accuracy in processing payments, giving change, and issuing receipts.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.Ability to communicate clearly with customers, kitchen staff, and team members.Ability to work collaboratively with other waitstaff, kitchen staff, and management.Support a positive and collaborative team environment.Ability to multitask efficiently during busy dining hours.Juggle responsibilities related to serving tables and handling cash transactions.Certificates and Qualifications
