A Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, or a related field is typically required.An advanced degree such as a Master's or MBA can be advantageous.Working Experience
5-7 years of experience in a management or leadership role.Demonstrated experience in progressively responsible roles, preferably in the same or related industry.Experience in overseeing multiple locations within a designated area.Skills and Abilities
